Upleatham Farm Veterinary Surgery
Our original practice at Home Farm, Upleatham has grown from humble beginnings as a converted sawmill in 1993, to an equine surgical unit with inpatient facilities for up to 6 horses and a purpose built facility which includes our farm animal department together with a very modern small animal clinic.
At Clevedale our aim is to provide the best possible health care for your animals. Our staff of veterinary surgeons assisted by our experienced team of nurses and reception staff means that we are able to do just that. Appointments are available throughout the day, we also provide a 24 hour emergency service for all of the animals under our care.
